Pathway is a non-government voluntary social welfare-based non-profitable development organization in Bangladesh. It will create a united, discipline, and associated environment through voluntary services to develop the local institute by including every nation, religion, tribe, and race it will implement the socio-economic development program and activities for women, children, and men, by getting financial and technical assistance from national and international donor agencies and departments.

Goal of Pathway
The goal of Pathway is to empower the distressed & vulnerable poor and affected people in socio-economic emancipation to lead an active and healthy life through the formation of the local institutions. Develop them in agro development, capacity building, green revolution, education, health improvement, income generation, environment up-gradation ensuring drinking water, hygienic sanitation, natural energy production and supply, affected victims rehabilitation by the humanitarian support and mobilizing local sources especially manpower, water, and soil along with facilitating them in establishing their due rights in the society and ownership to program.
